1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying the AICOR AI Operating System, accessing the Merchant Network, or using any affiliated hardware (POS), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant" or "User") and AICOR AI.

2. AI Operating System License

AICOR grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our autonomous agents for business operations. This includes the use of the "AI Brain" for internal knowledge processing and "Growth Agents" for marketing and sales lead generation.

3. Autonomous Agent Actions

AICOR agents act based on policies and data you provide. While we strive for 100% operational accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated decisions and responses are suggestions to assist your business flow. Final accountability for customer interactions and sales commitments remains with the Merchant.

4. Financial Transactions & Payouts

Payouts processed through the AICOR Financial IQ module involve third-party banking partners. AICOR is a technology platform that facilitates these transactions. We are not a bank. All "Sovereign Accounts" and "Branded Dedicated Accounts" are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification.

5. User Prohibitions

You may not use AICOR agents to:

• Generate deceptive or fraudulent marketing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Core AI logic or neural weighting.
• Process data that violates international financial security laws.

6. Enterprise Availability (SLA)

We aim for 99.9% uptime for the AICOR Mainnet. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the autonomous dashboard at least 24 hours in advance.
